U.S. Anesthesia Partners is one of the largest single-specialty, physician-led anesthesia practices in the country — a national healthcare organisation whose site spans corporate, clinical, partner, careers, locations, patient (HealthePath), and news content.
Role & Stack
- Architected the Next.js App Router site under app/(site) with Sanity CMS as the editorial backbone — typed schemas for home, About (Cares, Clinical Quality, Clinical Research, Innovation, Futures), Partners, Locations, Careers, News, HealthePath, and Legal
- Built the Partners and case-study system — Anesthesia Physician Groups, Hospital & System Executives, and Revenue Cycle Management — with dynamic [casestudyname] routes and reusable content blocks
- Shipped a national locations directory with dynamic [slug] location pages, fully content-modelled so editors manage every page without engineering involvement
- Migrated the legacy site behind a full 301 redirect matrix (proxy middleware + redirect.json) to preserve SEO equity across hundreds of indexed URLs
- Wired SendGrid contact and careers forms with React Hook Form + Zod validation, Embla carousels, react-pdf document viewing, and Microsoft Clarity analytics

Delivered a content-managed corporate healthcare platform that lets USAP publish across dozens of clinical, partner, careers, and location sections — with legacy rankings preserved through a complete redirect matrix — without engineering tickets.
